shut down on the turn once he calls you. People always check call their trips here. Betting this turn is just throwing away your chips 90% of the time. |

Don't limp the button, either fold or raise. That will make the rest of the pot easier.
The flop bet is fine, nothing wrong with betting when checked to. But don't ever ever EVER bet this turn. What did he call the flop with that you are now getting value out of, a small pocket pair? You have showdown value and he most likely has a King, just check the turn, and eval the river. Pete |

Betting the turn probably gets a 3 to fold so you're getting no value there. A flush draw fine, but it's a paired board and your hand is marginal but with some showdown value, just get to the river and his hand will become obvious.
