Also, you should have clued in that when she said she would try to get a replacement at $1,500 per month she would have exactly zero motivation to find a new person since you've promised to pay that amount indefinitely anyway. But since you've called this a "verbal agreement" I'm not sure it matters. Why did you need to take a terrible deal to get out of the lease? |
