Coughlin is not the worst. He is 93-85 and both teams he coached were bad (Jacksonville-expansion team, Giants 4-12 year before he took over) when he took over. He led Jacksonville to the AFC championship in their 2nd season and made the playoffs in years 2-5--compare that to the track records of the browns and texans.

Norv Turner is really bad. Not sure if he's the worst, but he's been awful over a large sample with two teams.

Hard to say since we haven't seen enough of Lane Kiffin, Bobby Petrino or Mike Tomlin to make a good decision.

I'm going with Norv Turner. Like Mike Martz, he's better off as a coordinator than a coach.

Josh McCown does not bode well for Kiffin.

Norv's OC rep comes from Dallas, where he had a HOFer or perennial pro bowler at every single position. He's a huge luckbox to even have any sort of football job.

Yeah I was debating whether it was Turner or Edwards, but Hermie is so bad at every aspect of coaching (except for motivation).
