yes ...

i can't see why we wouldn't 3bet the river ... why does anybody need to have a flush at this point (this could be a number of hands including straights, sets, 2pair)

You're right his limp OTB and call on the flop and turn really signifies we are up against the goods! We should just fold to the last bet on the river but thats only if we're not good enough to fold to his 2bet on the river LDO
