Please give me some advice how to play in multipots with a TPTK-type hand. Is neccesary to bet the flop? And what about the turn?

Imo you have to bet the flop. You need to narrow the field as a lot of turn cards could help your opponents
I'm not sure what I put villain on in the hand maybe 910s, his turn raise AI is weird. |

I would bet like 4.5 on the flop (it's very dry), and probably check the turn. This is a pretty standard pot control situation.
