Wireless stopped working. I\'m not to good w/this
Hi,
Increased the memory of my kids puter. As soon as I did that(great new speed, yeh)I turn computer back on. But now there is no internet connection and can't seem to get it back. Should I uninstall and reinstall the Dlink software. Never have had an issue before, but can't seem to figure this one out. BTW this is the remote computer, so only a USB wireless connector. Maybe the router went bad? Any help appreciated |

Wow, I was just about to post this...
I put more RAM in my comp and then my wireless exists but goes super slow even though it has full signal @ 54mbps. |

But now there is no internet connection [/ QUOTE ] Can you be a little more specific about this? Is the hardware listed in the device list? Do you get an IP from the router? Can you ping the router? |

The hardware is listed. But I'm not sure on the IP from the router. I will check when I get home.
The USB connector is not showing any type of signal at all, so I'm not sure if it will ping. I thought maybe the router went suddenly bad. (Dlink Only 1 1/4 yrs old) |

Is the USB wireless connector properly seated? Did it get knocked around when you were installing the memory?
