I think PF is totally fine.

Flopbet is good too, you are HU IP and will win this pot with a bet often enough.

I have a hard time putting him on a hand whne he just calls the turn. I think his range is quite strong though. I don't see a competent player call there with just a FD for example. Hands like A9 don't make alot of sense either.

I guess I just throw in the towel and check behind and make a note of his play.

pf isn't profitable.

check this flop.

bet turn.

Preflop isn't terrible atall. Folding is fine obviously but raising is definitely fine, especially if we are a good post-flop player with weak players in the blinds.

Check flop? Wtf why? We have K-high here and take the pot down loads.

Turn bet is pretty meh imo since I don't think this guy folds 77 very often atall, check and try and hit the river.

i don't like preflop, i hardly ever raise a hand that weak. it's hard to see whether he will fold or not on the river.

i might check behind, or bet $50 depending on my image at the table and my mood

I like to fire 3 in these spots.
It always takes that many anyway man nobody ever lays down 77 on the turn.

As villain, I am CR this flop vs anyone who cbets more than 75%...(unless I have been CR a lot)

As Hero I am cbetting this flop vs anyone who folds to cbet > 65% AND DOES NOT HAVE A HABIT OF CRing...vs this kind of opponent I am folding to a CR, UNLESS it is a min CR and then I call and hope to improve, folding to a turn bet on a blank.

As played.. I check behind on river, but I suck at getting value on river....

PF is completely fine. You know you guys can play more than 17% of your hands.

I'm probably checking turn and giving up...but if I'm betting this turn it's w/ the intention of firing river. You said he seems competent, so a 3rd barrel probably works w/ your image. I just always seem to get called down by like 33 here.
