Re: Attraction same for gay men and straight women?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] but they will be much more open minded, and willing to approach/let the guy approach/be all a titter if the guy is good looking. [/ QUOTE ] and that's where it stops mattering [/ QUOTE ] personally, I dont think so, see what I said above about nervousness and emotion. And even if I cant convince you otherwise, for 99% of the guys out there the approach is the majority of the battle. Also, a girl looking for just a one night stand will over look a lot more flaws/lack of game if you are good looking just because their friends wont even know about these flaws, but they can obv see the looks, and they are just looking for some physical satisfaction |

Re: Attraction same for gay men and straight women?
being good looking is a good thing for a guy.
if you're not good looking you can still get laid by almost all the same girls. if you are good looking it's not getting you auto-laid. but of course it is one component to meeting girls and having sex with them. in general, girls find it less important than guys. the amount that it matters correlates directly to how long the girl is planning on spending with the guy (ie one night stands looks are more important than long-term boyfriend) |

Re: Attraction same for gay men and straight women?
[ QUOTE ]
honest question. do you think you're indicative of how most women think? [/ QUOTE ] Probably not. [ QUOTE ] There's no question that a man who makes money gets a significantly greater amount of attention from women than one who doesn't [/ QUOTE ] Of course. I would never have guessed otherwise. I'm just saying that I feel like it's a really common cop-out that people use when they feel rejected, and is usually incorrect. Women may commonly choose a man who makes 400k but I do not think it would be common for a woman to reject a man on the sole basis that he only made 40k. [ QUOTE ] obviously this has been touched on, but some people don't seem to get that there are like 1000 other qualities that often correlate with wealth. [/ QUOTE ] DING DING DING! [ QUOTE ] Im not asserting you are a loser, your posts in this thread just happened to be an excellent example of FFK's point, and I wasnt sure if most guys understood where she was coming from. [/ QUOTE ] As usual, guids completely understands what I'm saying. |

Re: Attraction same for gay men and straight women?

PS- I am by no means saying that looks are anywhere near the end-all be all, and non-good looking guys can MOST DEF score with very good looking girls, but if you take two guys that are exactly the same, one good looking, one not, the good looking guys chances are geometrically better. [/ QUOTE ] Say what? |
