$11 lvl 50/100 pocket 9\'s facing raise
sorry no hand as i got the wrong thing e-mailed to me so apologies, please bear with me.
9 handed, 2 folds then villain makes it 4xbb and folds to me with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I have 20bbs and am in hijack sort of position. I hate this as calling is bad (i think?) and 99 ain't a great hand really. We both have same sort of stack so it's the whole tournament on the line. I feel this is borderline for a push but i wasn't too sure. Thoughts??? |

If he's loose I push, if he's tight I fold.

Re: $11 lvl 50/100 pocket 9\'s facing raise
I wouldnt push in an $11 here. Most likely facing two overs (AJ or AQ)as the 4xBB raise tends to be compensation for weaker holding than AK at this level. You push, you're getting called at 50/50. Call and see flop. He'll miss the majority & you get to push before turn and river.
