Default Hand v Relative unk

Just played a few orbtis here, but this guy has open limped a couple times already...

River: (5.25 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks,

I think this is a pretty standard bet vs someone who seems passive so far. Based on that assumption, I think I need to fold to a c/r right?

i don't like folding here, so if you are going to fold, don't bet, esp against an unknown.

so i'm bet/calling or just checking.

I like betting, because no pair is going to fold ever, and if he rivered a straight, they would probably just bet.

without much information this is a situation where it doesnt really matter what you do...

A % of players would c/r you with a straight
A % of players would donk a straight
A % of players would c/c 2 pair here
A % of players would donk 2 pair here
A % of players would fold a worse pair to a river bet

Against a random hand your like 50%... Against a random hand pair or better than calls your bet, your less than 50%.

But a lot of players donk straights on this river.. and would fastplayer 2 pr+ earlier in the hand.

Weighing all these?? Who knows... I probaibly just check for peace of mind.

If I bet I wouldnt call the check/raise though.
