This is a draw, queen, or weak king way more often than any hand that beats you. shoving here is a must. If he is a ahead, I would expect it to be with K3/Q3

I'd say his most likely hands here are
1) AQ, JT, KQ, 33 -> we have 60% equity
if we add some big hands that he should normaly RR PF
2) AA, KK, QQ, AK, AQ, JT, KQ, 33 -> we have 50.7% equity
So yeah, easy call
