Re: The return of eChecks on PokerStars
Hello Benjamin,
Thank you for your email. Yes, withdrawals will and are available at this time for players who use eChecks and have made at least one successful deposit. With eCheck, we have two different limits in place; one set by PokerStars and one set by our processor. These processor's limits will allow a maximum of 3 transactions per 24 hours. The cashout limits are still in beta testing. Please keep in mind eCheck transactions are not debited in real time and take around 5 business days to fully settle. Any bank in the US should allow for these transactions to go through. Regards, Anna PokerStars Support Team |

Re: The return of eChecks on PokerStars
There're two types of cashouts - creditback and overcredits. Creditbacks are where the initial deposit is effectively cancelled - it's returned immediately, but only applies to some deposit methods. Overcredits are only made when all creditbacks have been used (i.e, you don't have deposits that can be cancelled).
eChecks can only do overcredits, so if you have creditbacks available still from other deposit methods, the system will process those first. As for who is eligible, I don't know the criterea used (and probably wouldn't be able to tell you if I did), but these things are typically rolled out over a small proportion of the player base first, incase anything goes wrong. |

Re: The return of eChecks on PokerStars
Damn, you guys are lucky. I don't play PStars too much, but have recently returned and I emailed support and got this answer about withdrawals:
Hello Peter, Thank you for emailing us. For the time being, we are unable to use the eCheck option for cashouts. Cashouts are processed back to your original purchases, from the oldest purchase to the newest. Cashouts will be credited back to any and all of the following methods that you have used to make deposits: - ePassporte - VISA Debit Card Once we have credited back the total amount you've purchased using all of the above methods, you'll have the following options to receive your winnings: - Check - VISA Debit Card - ePassporte (available once you've made one ePassporte deposit) We apologize if our cashout policy is an inconvenience for you but this is a security feature designed to protect our customers against fraud. It ensures that no one can profit from misuse of another's account. For more details on our cashout policy, please visit: http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/real-money/cashouts/ If you have any other questions, please email us again any time. Re: The return of eChecks on PokerStars
Hello grrouchie,
At this time eCheck cashouts are available for overcredits only. Autocredit back is not available at this time. Until the autocredit back option is switched on, I'm afraid you will not be able to withdraw by this method. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Regards, Bob PokerStars VIP Club |

raise limits possible? [/ QUOTE ] I shot them an email yesterday, and about 6 hours later, my limits were raised to $2,000/$3,000/$6,000 (daily/weekly/monthly). Anything higher than that, and they said I'd need to send some documents. |

Re: The return of eChecks on PokerStars
I just wrote Pokerstars this moprning to ind out what criteria they are using to determine who gets the popup. I received a response stating that players must have accumulated 3000 lifetime FPP before they are allowed to use echecks. Seems kinda stupid to me, but there it is.
