it's been well established in another thread she would hate me IRL [/ QUOTE ] Nah. Just because I was in a sorority doesn't mean I dislike anyone who doesn't conform, wear plaid shorts, or measure success by banging sorority chicks. I'm pretty accepting. |

Re: ching chong mofos who
Most often mine come off when I sit down on the couch. Unless there's any kind of precipitation outside, then they come off immediately when I enter.
I live alone and have hardwood floors fwiw. |

Oh, and for the thread topic, lots of crazy whitebread American women make you take your shoes off in the house. Same whackos who don't let anyone sit in the sitting room and leave their furniture wrapped in plastic.

Re: ching chong mofos who
I hate wearing shoes inside a house, and I hate houses that allow shoes to be worn inside them.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm trying to understand why anyone would want to keep their shoes on in the house. What purpose do shoes perform in the house? Oh, and my grandma never removed the plastic covering on her living room furniture, ever (50-years or so, I think). Wacky woman. |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm trying to understand why anyone would want to keep their shoes on in the house. What purpose do shoes perform in the house? [/ QUOTE ] Personally, I have high arches. I prefer wearing shoes to going barefoot for arch support. Also, the bottoms of my feet are girly soft, so if I step on any kind of tiny grit, it's very annoying. But it's not all the time; when I get up in the morning I don't go out of my way to put shoes on. I just don't go out of my way to take them off when I come home, either. |
