50 - 1/3 swing LW
60 - 1/3 swing SW
70 - 2/3 swing LW
85 - 2/3 swing SW

similar for my gap and pitching wedges to get me up to my full PW (140 or so)

I use my 52* gap wedge for basically all shots under 100 yards. It's just all feel for how long I need to hit it.

Simple, whatever club will get me closest to the hole. That may be some sort of wedge, an 8-iron, and on rare occasion the putter. Every shot is different and there are a myriad of ways to play each.

By the way, hitting a wedge a long way means zilch. It's all about controlling the distance. Under normal conditions you won't see a tour player try to hit a PW for example any farther than 130 although some can fly it close to 150 if they want to.

I use the Lob Wedge, Sand Wedge or Pitching Wedge based on how far out I am. I always use a 1/2 swing (the backswing goes to straight back away from me, parallel to the ground).

If I want a distance -- say between the distance my p. wedge goes and the s. wedge goes, then I would choke up on the p.wedge and use the exact same swing. This will cause the shaft to be less long and thus slow down the club head. I can do this and not change the swing at all. Thus the swing is more easily repeated.
