1/3 Live: AQ

1/3 NL Live. Game is pretty lively. Some live ones, some tight players. Tight ones are nits, live ones are LAGgy, one loose passive uberfish in MP. This game is kind of nosebleed for him, and he's been playing scared (ie raising to 40 w/ TT pf and betting 2x pot on the 67hc9c board) I have pos. on him. Button has a vendetta against me. He's losing around 1k at this point. He's sometimes laggy, and has his moments, but plays badly for the most part. He likes to overpush his hands. I have around 400, btn has a little less. uberfish has maybe 200.

Uberfish limps in MP
I raise to 15 in MP3 w/ Ac Qs
Btn calls.

Flop 2c 3c 5c
Uberfish bets 40ish.
I raise to 140.
Button Pushes for 330. 190 more.
Uberfish calls all in for 180 total.
I...?

thoughts, advice? I'd like advice here to not be results oriented, so i'll post hands later.

er, insta call? 190 into a pot of 700. more than a good enough price with a draw to the nuts.
