Re: Letting the small stuff slide
There is, of course, a fundamental flaw in this thread. Anyone who has problems "letting the small stuff slide" will no doubt be at least a little irritated by the OP, and will be unable to "let it slide". So, it seems to me that the OP is doing more harm than good here.

[ QUOTE ]
You're mistaken. I tolerate no disrespect. If you have self-respect and recognize your true worth you will never allow anyone to disrespect you. While I avoid trivial arguments and concentrate my energy on positive things, I will never stand by and allow myself to be abused. Arguing and condemning people doesn't earn you respect, it tends to attract the opposite. [/ QUOTE ] Unfortunately this way of thinking usually doesn't take hold until people are over the age of about 30. I happen to agree with you. Most seem to want to spend $1000 to fight a $40 parking ticket. b |

I can't say for certain, but I bet you read this book and lifted most of this post from it. [/ QUOTE ] Doubt it. Another great resource is personal experience. Unfortunately, this shouldn't be a ground breaking concept. b |
