Re: Counterfeit $100 Dollar Bills
I dunno what the outcome was (probably hasn't been determined in the court systems). But they got busted by the Secret Service, that's how we all found out about it.
Also, are you really telling me that in high school you wouldn't go for it if someone with cash in hand offered you $10 for a pencil to take a test? I mean it's a little outragous, but it's not like it's on credit. Also there were definitely a number of drug dealers at my high school (and some other way more interesting criminals), along with rich kids, so people definitely had money to burn. |

[/ QUOTE ] yea, i'm not positive but i'm guessing they're gonna be grabbing their ankles for a few years. I could definitely see people falling for that scam at school. honestly, who counterfeits money. i would've been suspicious but doubt i'd ever notice. |

Re: Counterfeit $100 Dollar Bills
How in the F do you counterfeit money. Really, I would quickly run out of the ability to keep track of how often I give money and it is blindly put away into the cashier's box. Seems like it would be easy to get away with this as long as you do your homework.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, maybe your right. Maybe I'm too far removed from high-school and thinking like an aging pessimist and not a high-schooler. When I was in high school, I don't even think the faculty could have made change for a fifty dollar bill. I guess times have changed. But one thing hasn't "if it sounds too good to be true, it probally is." |
