My Situation.
Age: 24 Education: Bachelors in CIS, and finishing MBA Job: Regional Systems Admin (50k a year) I currently own a house that I rent out 2 of the bedrooms to and I live in the 3rd. It has about 50k in equity. I also currently have about 7k in CC debt, 14k left to pay off my car, and about 18k in student loans. I usually have around 1k left over each month after all bills and expenses are paid. What can I do to get in the green, and start making my money work for me, not me work for me money? thanks -Nick |
