I never thought it was possible to run cold at NL 5 for more then a few 1000 hands but I was wrong. OTOH of the 70k hands I have played, this was by far the worst run of cards with tilt that I have ever saw.

35k hands total. 8bb/100. 15 ish buyin downswing at nl50. 12bb/100 at nl20. + 150 @ nl1000 and 800$ in bonus and RB. An OK month I guess.
Goals: Play 40k hands. 6-8 table nl50 whenever I play. Play nl20 when tired. Take shots + datamine nl100.

Terrible Month.
I ran 8PTBB/100 in the first 3 weeks being +12 buy-ins. The last week was hell. <font color="red">Totals</font> SNGs: 20 6.50 Turbos +39 MTTs: 15 - +75 Cash:-150 over 10k hands (-3BB/100) I just ran really bad in the last week which lead to tilting off another 6 buy-ins Rakeback: 84.5 Total:+48 Terrible month.

  Here's to a better August. Made Silver Star for the first time, just have to find time to get more hands in... I try to play for about an hour a day after work. I missed the first week of the month while I was traveling for work.

I moved up to 100NL, was running ok 4.5bb/100, but had to cash out half my bankroll ;(. Now I have to grind back up to 3000$, still about 500$ to go.
grinded 50NL with a mediocre winrate 3bb/100. Lots of tilt for no reason ...
