[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] 1) fold [/ QUOTE ] You think he'll bet 2xpot with a set or QJ? [/ QUOTE ] Or maybe KQ, Q7, even J5. Yeah, he raises way too many Cbets, so I think your turn plan is good. Turn card and his bet sucks though. I mean, if he 1) raises 1/4th of all your Cbets and 2) follows up with a push every time he's called, don't worry about this fold, you'll get his money anyway. [/ QUOTE ] Doesn't seem likely a 39% vpip calls pre with Q7/J5. If he actually did though I wouldn't be suprised these ragged 2-pair overbets the turn. I guess one concern is he might raise air on the flop being Qx, betting 2xpot on the turn with these seems weird though... |

This dude sounds pretty aggro and probably doesn't like to surrender pots, I feel once this flop comes down I am never folding this hand ever (I think I 3-bomb the flop,) but as played, call. Curse the gods if he has QJ.

While K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is one of the hands that would explain his actions, I think KQ, AQ, and even QJ would have the same turn bet from him. So overall, you are likely to see more hands you would lose to than you could beat, unless you can be convinced his range is even wider (such as Ax diamonds flush draw only).
Unless you have a good read that he would push this with a much worse draw than K-10 diamonds, the odds were against you here. |
