He's not saying it's Baluga theorem, he's saying it similar to Baluga theorem in that he's been raised post flop.
As to the hand, I'm folding this without a good read, fish especially love going for the check raise. |

Yeah I was just saying that a raise post flop usually indicates your TPTK is no good - which is similar to Baluga Theorem type thinking. What do you think villain's range is? I'd obviously call a bet if villain just bet out but I figured it was a missed draw or some underpair when he checked on the river. I guess J9 is the only hand here that really makes sense to me, but I'd still think that villain would bet out with a made hand so I didn't check behind.

J9/8T both come to mind here, but as with everyone else here, against an unknown a single pair hand here is very rarely good.
