Starting With Internet Poker
Hi guys.
I plan on taking some money and playing some micro stakes NL online. I will start at the lowest stakes (.01/.02 - .02/.04) and work my up from there. I have narrowed my site options down to Poker Stars or Cake (FullTilt doesn't spread anything lower than .05/.10, and I blew my chance for rakeback by cashing in a freeroll). I wanted to know if it is worth it to sacrifice the number of games running at Poker Stars for the rakeback at Cake. Thanks for any help that you can offer. I am a US player by the way, so that limits my poker room options. |

Re: Starting With Internet Poker
Try to maximize the sign up bonuses so you might start with PS since they have a smaller bonus - 100% up to $50 whereas the Cake bonus is 100% up to $500. You can get a feel for the games and hit that PS bonus and then run up the Cake bonus with your winnings.

Re: Starting With Internet Poker
at your level rakeback and bonus and ultimate points wont mean much.........lol. go where you like playing, just be sure to get rakeback at the start it makes things easier later when you move up.
why cant you sign up at both? |
