This is making FTP look really bad. They don't need to offer P2P transfers if they are going to panic when a friend of a friend of a friend charges something back. [/ QUOTE ] Very much agreed with PA here. Holding everyone associated responsible for one player's chargebacks is incredibly bad practice. Even though I neither P2P transfer nor deposit with credit cards, I'm extremely leery of doing business with FTP at this point. If they have one policy this bad, who's to know what else is lurking?

Its like AIDS, one person does something illegal (gets infected) and everyone else that they have transferred to in the past/present gets banned/locked (infected). It spreads like wildfire. Issues such as this, coupled with the myriad of server problems FTP has had recently, has made me decide NOT to move money back over to Full Tilt and keep my play at Stars. I was considering splitting up my play and giving myself more tables to select from but the problems I have seen with regard to FTPs support and security teams I am hesitant to trust them with anything more than the table scraps I left there months ago.
I'm sure Stars loves the fact that your ineptitude leads to them keeping my $20k+ a year in rake. Continue to sacrifice quality on your site so you can produce crappy TV programs with half-assed "celebs" and draw in more of the fish's money. Just remember it takes hundreds, possibly thousands, of them to generate the rake to compensate for losing just one of us regulars.
