I find that if min-re-raiser is any bit competent, a min-re-raise 90% of the time means, "I want your money in the pot". I think this still applies on an iso. I fold.

How often have you been raising EP? If MP1 thinks your pretty loose up front he might be isolating somewhat wide, imo close call against retard or somewhat capable villain if you've been pretty lag, clear fold against the 3r table captain type, which is usually 1/3rd of the field.

jclin he can either shove or raise half his stack, they have the same practical use but raising half stack looks stronger. Also way more people than you think try this as an iso in my experience.

My thoughts exactly on first sentence. But why the min-re-raise as opposed to shoving? Maybe reading into it too much, but actually thinking about doing a min-re-raise is pretty devioius. Second sentence, it is obv less common on an iso raise with a PF raise than an iso raise w/o a PF raise...that's why I think the situation is different. Difficult situation always unless iso man is a lagtard.
