NL600: AQ probably standard
This is my first MSNL so go easy on me please Note this is FR, I already posted it in the FR with the results so thats why Im posting it here and not there.
This is my first time at 3/6 so I have no real reads on villain. His PT stats were like 16/8 over less than 50 hands and I havent seen him do too much. I had been standard TAG and havent been involved in any real pots. Flop is standard no? I feel like I have no fold equity but should I just shove anyway? Re: NL600: AQ probably standard
If he was a solid/straightforward postflop player I would probably just call the turn, and fold a non Q/spade river, assuming he would give up on any bluff he was running, and isn't capable of value betting worse.

Re: NL600: AQ probably standard
If I wasn't going to shove the flop, I wouldn't shove the turn.

Re: NL600: AQ probably standard
I believe a flop call is vastly superior here. BT vs BB adds to that dynamic.
Also no way am I not shoving the turn. Hand played well. |

Re: NL600: AQ probably standard
Standard.
Given stack sizes, calling turn and folding river UI seems pretty gross. Plus, he might call to draw dead with a flush draw, getting almost 4:1, not to mention he'll have a hard time folding any other hand that he was getting out of line with. Shoving the flop is only good if you think he comes along with like AJ. You stop him from running any bluffs and blow him off his draw. |
