Camtasia / Poker Videos
I was trying to make a recording of poker play using camtasia, but I realize the settings seem to be very difficult to send over the internet. What are good settings to have the video at so you can see it (doesnt have to be great quality) and share it over the internet?
Also, is there a good place to host it? |

Re: Camtasia / Poker Videos
I'm somewhat new to Camtasia but here's what has worked for me so far:
Once you've saved the original recording, Camtasia auto opens the Post-Save Options box. Select "Produce my video in a shareable format. When the Production Wizard opens, click "Next". Check "Recommend my Production Settings" and click Next. Select "Hard Drive or Other" and click next. Check "my video includes screen recording" and "my audio includes voice narration" if applicable. Click next. On the File Size versus Quality slider slide the slider to one away from the far left. (the 2nd mark of 5 total) Under "Video Dimensions" Select "Change my dimensions and select 800xXXX" Click Next and you know the rest. As for sharing the file, I prefer EweDrive or JustUpIt . Ewedrive requires registration, JustUpIt does not. Both allow private and public sharing. Ewedrive allows up to 1GB of storage. JustUpIt allows file sizes up to 100mb with no download limits. (ideal if you plan to share the video with many people) |
