Re: 2/4 NL -- RR pot turn line?
yeah shoving by ddubois is bad there imo with the deep stacks even if i rr kinda light.
i bet like 180 on the turn ithink or somehing. not sure. I thought by betting smaller on the flop he would go ape [censored] with a combo draw, but he didnt. I guess im being a lil results oriented but i like jim's thinkin of bet larger on flop and just shoving turn since thats what id prob do if i had air here. |

[ QUOTE ]
Mayyyyyyyyyybe he could've let go for an extra $10...but in all honesty, he called with a gutshot and a backdoor flush draw. That's 5-outs. Don't beat yourself up over bet sizing. You lucked out he called your flop bet with trash and got screwed over that he sucked out on the turn. If I knew that villain had exactly 76cc, I would probably even bet a little bit less to entice a call...because most people will chuck a bottom gutshot in an unbet, bet, or 3bet pot...And you obviously want a call from such a rare winner. [/ QUOTE ] villain definitely didn't have 5 outs on the flop |

Re: 2/4 NL -- RR pot turn line?
Again, my mistake. I keep misreading the flop. I read gutter and backdoor draw, not gutter+FD. I still stand with everything not directly related to villain's hand.
