Hand 1:
I would just lead out on this flop if im getting raised/called i would just give up this hand Hand 2: Given his stats and the preflop action im putting him on a pretty big hand (AA,KK,QQ,AKs) so a call preflop seems fine because when you hit your set you probably are stacking him. On the flop its an easy fold
