[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] There was no need to stop the day early. You know they could have just paid attention to who and exactly when someone was busted out once day 2A got below the 350 level, and done the same for day 2B. If the final combined day 2 field ended up in the money, they could have figured out who at the end of both days busted out late enough to make it into the money. [/ QUOTE ] Horrible idea. Players busting out late day 2A would not know if they are "on the bubble". Players on 2B would have that knowledge. [/ QUOTE ] Ok, then how about making the end of day 2 the bubble, anyone who makes it to day 3 is in the money. Sure the number in the money will be a bit more or less than the planned 621, but it should be easy to adjust the payout schedule for that and everyone knows when the last level of the day is going to end. |

[/ QUOTE ] So you get 5 hands played the last hour and a half as all the short stacks stall? Get real. Is it so hard to admit that Harrah's did something right? |

[/ QUOTE ] So you get 5 hands played the last hour and a half as all the short stacks stall? Get real. Is it so hard to admit that Harrah's did something right? [/ QUOTE ] OK, I finally figured it out. Since 45.25% of the total field played on 1a, 1b, 2a, 45.25% of the "in the money" players should come from day 2a. That would be a day 2a figure of 281 out of the 621 total in the money. The rest would come from 2b. That way both days have a definite bubble to play to, and they can play through the bubble each day. |

Why on earth do you care about the bubble being on a particular day? Seriously. Why does that matter at all?
I dislike Harrah's intensely, but I have no problems seeing when they do something right. |

[/ QUOTE ] Because if the bubble burst before the field is reunited, there will be a riot. DUCY? |
