6.50 Stars, Donking off chips v2.0 (as promised)
How bad is this flop call? As aggressive as he is, I figure I'm sure to stack him if the nut flush draw hits. Still a hefty price to pay to find out. After the board paired, there's no way I'm ahead of any reasonable (and a few unreasonable) holdings, so I fold to the min-ish bet. Thoughts (other than I am now a certified donk )

You're paying almost 500 chips to win a shade over 2000 IF you hit and stack him (theres a bit over 1000 out there and he has a bit under 1000 behind). You don't have the implied odds you need, so I think this flop was a fold.

As played I fold the flop but call the river.

Re: 6.50 Stars, Donking off chips v2.0 (as promised)
id basically always reraise preflop at a 6.50, not reraising is giving up a lot of value with QQ.
as played on the flop, as others have touched on, you will not often get paid when your obvious nuts hit, leaving you no implied or direct odds with likely the worst of it as it stands. just fold as played. |

Re: 6.50 Stars, Donking off chips v2.0 (as promised)
preflop u have to raise, since its a 6.50, where still some donx use to be...ithnik i make it like 525 or 545 or something
i think calling the flop was the worst option, i can consider pushing the flop or preferrably to fold it... as played, please call river man.... u pay 180 for 15xx , u dont need to win often to make this call correct... |

Re: 6.50 Stars, Donking off chips v2.0 (as promised)
Push pre: if they have AA/KK, crap, if they have AK, meh, anything else and youre stoked and at these limits, id say youre stoked 70%, they fold 25% and youre owned 5%.
As played, fold flop. He wants 480 more and youve only invested 140. Also, you have no relative position on BB. If you knew he was going to call, youd have the odds tocall as well. If you knew he was going to push and MP2 calls, you still have odds to call (11 likely, 9 sure outs and a chance to triple early). As is, you end up getting 2:1 odds when youre only 5:1 to hit on turn, and have no idea his action. River: if youve gone this far, call. Why does he check turn? Either he bet huge on flop thinking your check and BBs 20 bet was weak enough where he could get you off, or he flopped AA/KK and now wants you to hit a flush. Youre probably boned, but pot odds demand a call. Besides, its easy to double in a low stakes SnG with low blinds, VERY EASY. |

Push preflop? For 170 chips?
