Damn, guns was my first answer to Young, but I changed it. I thought of golf, but who plays golf by themselves?? I guess it makes it easier to lie on your scorecard? Running is clearly correct since that is by its very nature a solitary sport.

Exactly, wtf? I've never heard of people golfing alone. Basketball is worse. You might shoot hoops alone, but you're definitely not playing basketball if you're just shooting.

Lots of people play golf by themselves or at least show up at the course as a single. I usually only play golf solo when I'm on vacation and I'll generally take playing solo over joining another group. If I'm not with any of my normal buddies, it's nice to just be out there by myself.
