You are afraid of 44/88,right? I think i would 3bet these OOP or try to c/r them on the flop. This is a ugly spot right now, but i wouldn`t feel good with calling here. He seams angry of missing his turn c/r.

I think if he has 44/88 he most likely flat calls the flop and goes for a c/rai on the river. Since he's the PFR, I think c/r the flop would be pretty awkward, but I suppose it's a line that some people take every so often |

Fold preflop. Not sure I like the flop raise. I'd be more inclined to call him, especially with somewhat nitty opening stats.
I think you are usually behind on the river. Tough spot. |
