You are afraid of 44/88,right? I think i would 3bet these OOP or try to c/r them on the flop. This is a ugly spot right now, but i wouldn`t feel good with calling here. He seams angry of missing his turn c/r.

they've obviously not dismissed, but i'd like to hear you're reasoning for calling. because you think he could have some other weird two pair, or you think he's bluffing?

you really think he 3bets 44/88 on the flop? it's pretty dry so he doesn't have to worry about charging me for a draw. I think if he has 44/88 he most likely flat calls the flop and goes for a c/rai on the river. Since he's the PFR, I think c/r the flop would be pretty awkward, but I suppose it's a line that some people take every so often

Fold preflop. Not sure I like the flop raise. I'd be more inclined to call him, especially with somewhat nitty opening stats.

I think you are usually behind on the river. Tough spot.
