Are there any laptops that have the equivalent of 1600 x 1200 resolution? I was scooting around Dell online and was wondering whether any of the XPS systems might . . . hell, the one I was looking at has a 17" monitor . . .
Also -- any advantage to sticking with XP Professional as opposed to moving to Windows Vista? Is the latter still buggy and not worth it? |

For poker you are probably better off with XP still, PAHUD is buggy for me on Vista and there are still issues with some of the poker sites.

Many, however, have 1920 x 1200 - these are typically 17" widescreens. [ QUOTE ] Also -- any advantage to sticking with XP Professional as opposed to moving to Windows Vista? I think it also uses less system resources, which is a good thing. |

You can still buy XP Pro and install it yourself. You'll pay through the nose for it, but if you are dead set on not running Vista there you go.
