100nl: Whats your std turn play against an unknown here?
Villain is unknown. Is your default play a b/f here and then c/c or c/f on river depending on the card and bet size? IS there any merit to a c/c on the turn and then a river c/c or c/f?

Re: 100nl: Whats your std turn play against an unknown here?
I'd just check-fold against an unknown. Ideally, we'd like a fold if we bet because we can't really fire again on the river with such a weak hand. However, the hands he called with on the flop are likely to call or raise the turn, with the exception of 5x. So, betting the turn is a fairly thin value bet that is quickly negated on the river because we will have a tough time making a good decision there (unless we hit a Ten).

IS there any merit to a c/c on the turn and then a river c/c or c/f? [/ QUOTE ] turn c/c + river c/c = poor choice with our hand, especially since there are exactly two river cards that we are happy to see turn c/c + river c/f = the definition of spew |

I go ahead and fire $18-20 here and expect to take down the pot.
