NL50 QQ
Dont have a real read and only have seen +/- 40 hands with this villan but he has been pretty aggro at 28/21.
My first thought is to just shove...but it seems I am shown KK/AA nearly always when called. Re: NL50 QQ
I don't like a shove here. But I like to see a flop and play poker from there, somehow. I think it's a situational thing here a lot. It's vitally important to have an idea what kind of hands he has shown down in big pots, i.e. how he got that stack. Against an unknown I should probably tell you to fold, because if you call here, the pot will be the size of your remaining stack and even if he cbets only half of the pot, you have no FE if you push and you end up with an overpair only about 50% of the time, can't really call for set value and even if you have an overpair, you are basically still in that same stupid spot against his possible overpair.

Re: NL50 QQ
folding vs. an unknown is fine here
vs. a true 28/21, I would call and get it in if QQ is an overpair |

Re: NL50 QQ
agree with Hoopster81- Flatcall, and shove if QQ i overpair. If you hit your set, just milk him

Re: NL50 QQ
1st Iīd fold here
2nd whatīd the point in calling here and shoving if QQ is an overpair? that way villainīs AK sees a flop and we are going to get it all in against KK, AA anyways |
