Try putting villain on a range of hands.
If a very aggressive villain has JJ+ I think they get it all in on the flop. Same with 2 overs + 2 hearts. Other than that, what does villain bet/call flop + lead river with? 2 low hearts is my only conclusion? small overpair with one heart probably never. What hands do we possibly beat? |

Villain is super-aggro postflop and called what is little more than a min-raise on the flop.
So, then, he bets a four-flush river (when checked to!) and gives Hero more or less 2:1, and all that has really changed is that, like, AK will now beat Hero nearly half of the time (and 1/2 of worse PPs will as well). Which is something, I know, but this call isn't as bad as people in this thread are making it out to be. |
