Has anyone played on Poker World???
There is a site called "Poker World". I had never heard of it until today...it seemed to have relatively low traffic, however there was a mix of US and Euro players, so maybe it peaks during Euro rush hour times. I was wondering if anyone had tried it out; more specifically how soft is the competition and how is the customer service and cashout efficiency? Also does the traffic pick up at any particular time of the day...

Re: Has anyone played on Poker World???
It was totally and completely dead a year or two ago. They actually managed to fill a table or something?

Re: Has anyone played on Poker World???
When I went on at like 6pm-ish PST, and they had one 10/20 NL table going (4players on a 6 player table), several 1/2 and .5/1 NL going as well.
The only reason I considered playing on the site is the insane RakeBack from signing up as a prop-player...but the software looks lame and the site has low traffic. |

Re: Has anyone played on Poker World???
I used to prop there when it first opened. Think I got something like 110% rakeback plus a massive sign up bonus.
The software is really bad, the bonus sucks balls, there were no games going ever and cashouts take about 2 weeks. Apart from that it was great. |

Re: Has anyone played on Poker World???
Poker World is owned by Olympic Sportsbook, why did the cashout take so long? They are an A+ book. I didn't have the same experience but it was before UIGEA.
Poker World is a part of the Digital Gaming Network. The network is mostly scum Futurebet skins. |

I can echo Addict's experiences. Payouts from PokerWorld/Olympic have always been smooth and very timely for me.
