6'2", 230 lbs. 10 to 15 lbs overweight. On the road lifestyle settling down, eating better now, more time and access to exercise stuff. I expect to lose the fat, but by turning some of it back into muscle, my weight won't vary too drastically for a while.

I'm also 6'2" 230, but feel like I'm closer to 40 lbs overweight. I have a snug 40" waist, and according to my Tanita, 31% bodyfat (omfg... although I've heard BIA technology isn't terribly accurate, I'm sure it's close enough).

I was down to 185 lbs on Atkins a few years ago, and looked and felt pretty damn good. I would like to get back down to around 190 in a healthier way, but wouldn't mind weighing more if it was due to muscle mass.

I assume you could easily kick my ass, Blarg.

6'0" 205 lbs, I guess I'd like to be at 190 but it's tough to tell.
