[/ QUOTE ] You seem to be picking a weight/exercise, doing as many as you can, resting a bit, doing as many as you can resting and so on. Instead pick a weight you are almost positive you can do the same number of reps each set with. Than if you complete all the sets, increase the weight or the number of repetitions your next workout. If not, leave everything the same for the next workout. Going until you can't do anymore everytime is oging to lead to overtraining and excessive soreness without any additional strength/size benefit. |
