just saying you shoudlnt care what the "public" thinks of you. The public thinks Chris Moneymaker is the best poker player ever. The poker community knows you are great and respects you and if I were you I would be satisfied by that.

That's just sad. I would love to see more great online players like you, durrrr and aba playing in HSP. I think Aba was one of the best parts of the last season.

A++ for the trip report.

Jman:

Sorry to hear that! Those playing "bad, loud poker" are the ones that sell - I wouldn't take it to heart. Most likely, you would demolish them... just next time, be prepared to "sell" yourself to the masses.

Negreanu and Hellmuth talked about their play during the HSP tapings in their blogs. Hellmuth mentioned he dropped over 100k.

I could see the day 3 screw-over coming when you said you played like a nit. You really should have just put alot out there on the table given how even if it all went perfect you only had about 12 hours total, or 400 hands at most. Not enough for a juicy pumped up game like that.

And I wouldnt worry about the disclosure crap as negreanu posted enough in his blog that you shouldnt worry.

you should've just sat down with your full roll on the table, and pwn3d everyone by running awesome, obv. you would've cleaned up, had huge amts of stacks of money on the table for the cameras, and played in a juicier game ftw.
