If she's into art, and you guys like fancy food, and you're willing to drop $200 a head, go to Picasso at the Bellagio. Amazing cuisine, tremendous service (wine pairings are worth it just to hear the sommelier explain each glass), and the view of the Bellagio fountains (literally outside the window) is awesome. Oh, and there's tens of millions of dollars worth of originals from the restaurant's namesake hanging on the walls. Good times.

I will heartily agree with this.
Also, it has the advantage of being the type of place where if she's nagging too much she can "get lost" easily and you'll get to return home with a new mommy for yer kids.
