Default Party Affiliate Check refused by bank

My Party Poker affiliate money is nearly dead, but I still have a couple players overseas...
In April I got a cashout check for a little over $100. This was the first time I'd ever cashed out by check.

Today, my bank (WaMu) returned the check with a notice that it was a "Non-Negotiable Item" "Processed in error."
The check was from Barclays Bank, London, from "Paytech International Ltd"
Has anyone else run into this?

Should I contact my Party or my bank? Or am I SoL?

Thanks!

contact party, tell them to cancel the check and credit your account. not sure what other withdrawal options you have, but they will put the money back into your affiliate account.
