Preflop: dont bet. just call
Flop: looks fine to me
Turn: i would bet more, say 2$ or even the pot (2.4$)
River: fold

I like the raise pre. I do it myself but you've got to be careful post flop with these sort of hands OOP. I don't like open limping hardly ever.

Flop: Fine
Turn: I agree with chriz that the bets a bit weak make it $2.
River: This is a fold against most villains, but I don't like it. You do see QJ or even a horribly played set here. I may call against some known to bluff but most of the time this is a flush wanting to be paid off.

Edit: without a read and as he's only played 1/11 hands just fold river.
