Re: 2/4 - AJs steal gets 3-bet, flops NFD
[ QUOTE ]
Flop is fine if he's not the type to double barrel whiffed overs, I'd prob shove it tho. Theres no need to bet that big on the turn... Just bet 100 and set up for 422 pot on the riv with 248 behind. Or bet like 80. Whatever, he's aggro, let him do something stupid. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah, I noticed that I bet a bit too much. I thought that betting less than 1/2 pot would look too suspicious and 2/3 would look like I'm bluffing a scare card. In this hand any amount would've worked as he pushed the turn with 64. |

Re: 2/4 - AJs steal gets 3-bet, flops NFD
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Just wanted to know if calling the flop is bad or if people like a 4-bet pf. AJo I'd probably 4-bet against this guy. [/ QUOTE ] I would usually never 4-bet any type of AJ preflop, unless I suspect I'm being abused by a habitual 3-better. [/ QUOTE ] I'd already noted that this villain 3-bets a lot and after this hand I saw him 4-bet and call a push with A8 (don't remember positions, but could've been BvsB). What's your plan agains this guy? |
