Re: So, we are going to Foxwoods in May
[ QUOTE ]
I want to meet bioniccomma so I can ask him face to face wtf is up with the name. [/ QUOTE ] Long ago there was an awkward, lanky kid whose most valuable posessions were this: [image]http://microkit.free.fr/Nintendo/Nes/nintendo_nes_1s.jpg[/image] and an illicitly-gotten copy of this: [image]http://contentcafe.btol.com/Jacket/Jacket.aspx?SysID=digital&CustID=bt0113&Ke y=612385222191&Type=L&Return=1[/image] He was a platforming game guru, and one of his favorite was this classic: [image]http://www.theoldcomputer.com/Libarary's/Pictures/NESGameCovers/B/Bionic%20Commando.jpg[/image] [image]http://www.videogamecritic.net/images/nes/bionic_commando.gif[/image] A game in which a cybernetic super soldier saves the word by preventing the resurrection of HITLER! Years later, the awkward kid grew up, eventually winning the all-county award for detentions in a semester. Having developed the quick wit and shady tendencies needed to be great, he gave up his NES for an account on PokerStars. In homage to his favorite game, he called himself "Bionic_Comman..." WTF? ^H^H^H^H C.o.m.m.a.n ... "Goddammit! They limited the characters." he thought to himself and so, in an inspired moment, the young fish decided to become the Bionic_Comma. Ship it, and don't forget the comma. |
