Shove. BB only has 5.5 bb's left and he might fold a lot of hands to a shove. If he calls, you're probably at least 50%.
In terms of what bb stack sizes make different plays, there are too many possibilities to answer that. Your best bet would be to buy sngpt and play with the numbers. |
