Pre-flop and turn are fine. On the turn, I would raise to $6 and fold to big re-raise. As played, river fold, without any doubt.

What do you think?

A raise to 6 is just terrible. If he has Ad Qd you give him the proper odds to call here. 3,6 to 1
Raise it up to 10.

[/ QUOTE ]Pot is giving 17.15-to-6 or 2.85-to-1, but he needs 4.7-to-1 or better (8 outs)?

If you raise it to 6 the pot becomes 9,85+4= 13,85 to 4
Makes it about 3,5 to 1... u count 8 outs. I would say he could count his overcards as an out what makes it 15 or maybe 12 outs. 15 outs on the turn is almost 2 to 1 to hit on the river.

I would count him for 12, or a bit more, outs.

As well as being a blocking bet (one that attempts to stop a raise), turn donk could also be a feeler bet (one that attempts to determine your hand strength): you didn't raise, so he knows you just want a cheap s/d, which he denies you by pushing river.

That would be a pretty advanced play though, and he would have to know that you are capable of folding a hand like this one.

Just another thing to think about before you auto-call a small bet like this one.
