Does anyone have the phone number for the corporate office in California? It's obvious that customer service is unable to actually do anything.

I just received my Epassporte card in the mail today and activated it. When I go to the ATM to withdrawal, which option do I choose to withdrawal from (ex: checking acct, savings acct, etc)? I'm just not sure what Epassporte is considered. Thanks.

Checking.

I selected credit and it was fine....don't know that it matters

Does using the card to withdraw at an ATM work at non-US banks? How's the exchange? Is it just the $2 fee? Does your bank also charge a fee?

Can a wire-transfer be done in any currency or just USD?

FYI for those that need to make tons of $600 withdrawals:

In my state Nevada, the following banks have no foreign card fee:
Wells Fargo (maybe everywhere?)
Nevada State Bank

Quick update: can you still load epassport with giftcard.com virtual Visa? Or do you have to use the Walgreen's option?

I'm trying to withdraw money out of FT now (nothing big, couple hundo). Is it true I need to deposit w/ ePass before I can withdraw?

Default $5000 Daily Limit.

i have received a lot of questions about my epassporte experiences.

i have a $5k withdrawal limit at ATMs or using the visa. i got my limits increased by faxing them information.

i have 2 personal epassporte visa and one business visa all with the same limits. you are allowed 3 personal accounts and multiple business accounts.

there is no fee to withdraw money from your visa (or from any poker site to epassporte).

when i first got the visas over 3 years ago many places wouldn't accept them. now it is unusual to come across a merchant who won't accept them.

the phone service is awful, and the information they tell you is often incorrect. i now always ask for a supervisor.

ePassporte just said:

when I tried to make a $50 deposit via an RBC Visa card. Anyone else have trouble making initial deposits with a Visa?
