It does email you if you change email addresses, i just did it from my gmail to my hotmail to check.
Edit: FTP emailed my gmail to tell me its been changed to hotmail Of course by the time you get it id have changed password too and its game over i guess. |

Ok, I have finally heard back from Support. Yes, I did get one of those emails saying my email address has been changed, but I didnt notice it until after I tried logging in to my account (Not that it matters). I did forward it to them saying I did not initiate it, but have not heard back.
I did however get a response to this email: You obviously do not understand. My account has been HACKED. They changed my password and email address. PLEASE CLOSE THE ACCOUNT as I will no longer play under that name because of security issues. Please look at my account "MYUSERNAME" and you will see that it has been registered to me up until recently. That is because it has been HACKED. PLEASE, JUST CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND VOID ANY TRANSACTIONS. It said: Hello, Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Customer Support. For the security of our players, we require that all communication about a player's Full Tilt Poker account be sent from the email address registered to that account. This is to verify that the inquiry has come from the owner of the account in question. We cannot divulge any confidential account information to any email address that differs from the one on your Full Tilt Poker account. Please resubmit your question from the same email address registered to your Full Tilt Poker account and we will be more than happy to address your issue. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to helping you. Yes, thats exactly what they said the 1st time!!! and then I got another one saying: Hello, Thank you for your email. We are currently experiencing an internal problem which is delaying us from researching your issue. Rest assured, we will respond to your email as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and cooperation. I have not lost any money in this, but I would like for my account to be closed and them to not be idiots so I can begin playing again somehow. |
