OOT - Create a Sandwich for my Bakery/Cafe and WIN!!

I know I have had something like this and it was really good.

Fairly thick slice of a hearty country bread that had been brushed with olive oil and broiled for a few minutes, then the bread is rubbed with a garlic clove.
Its an open face sandwich that is topped with, olive tampenade, thickly sliced roasted turkey(like left over Thanksgiving), and Fontina cheese and is broiled again to melt the cheese.

The Cholesterol Artery Bomb -- ham, bacon, and cheese on a burger. Delicious.

The Pepper Roast -- Roasted red peppers, swiss cheese, and alfalfa sprouts, with mayo on wheat bread.

The Purple Tuna Crunch -- Tuna fish sandwich with finely shredded red cabbage on top.
